Cat Command for construction demonstration
Explore the future of excavation with a remotely operated Cat Next Generation 320 Excavator, located 200km away at the WesTrac Tomago Dig Pit.
The control centre offers a bird’s eye view of the site with pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities, and offers a display from four onboard machine cameras for a 360-degree perspective.
Cat Command allows operators to control machines from a safe distance, reducing risks in hazardous environments and minimising operator fatigue.
Take a test drive
WesTrac will also have not one, but two dig pits at their site with the latest Cat technology on a range of small to large machines.
In addition to daily demos, you’ll have the chance to step into the dig pit and move some dirt around to experience the quality of the technology firsthand. Visitors keen to take a test drive will need to wear steel-capped boots.
