The ShoulderMaster is Australia’s first locally manufactured universal skid steer shoulder paving attachment.
The purpose built, Australian designed and manufactured road widening, shoulder repair and kerb back filling skid steer attachment is proven to reduce costs and project times, in comparison to other traditional methods. The versality of the attachment means it can be coupled to any brand of skid steer or track loader on the market.
The ShoulderMaster can lay asphalt and granular material quickly and safely, widening road shoulders in one single pass from 500mm to 2.3m; and can incorporate grades of up to +/- 5 per cent, allowing the user to match gradients of existing roads or to lay shoulders in multiple layers.
This innovative attachment has the capacity to deliver 15 tonnes of construction material every 3 minutes, propelled via a chain driven conveyor; and is the only road shoulder paver of its kind in Australia with these specifications.
As the ShoulderMaster has a universal quick hitch connection, it is compatible with a wide variety of skid steers (i.e. graders,broom attachments), allowing for versatility of use on site.
Not only does it save money due to the reduction in required equipment onsite, it provides a safe and controlled work environment, with onsite supervisors remote controlling the ShoulderMaster outside of the exclusion zone.
