SDLG mini excavators exemplify excellence

CJD Equipment introduces the ER636F, the latest addition to its recently released series of SDLG mini excavators.

SDLG, a member of the Volvo Group since 2007, exemplifies the same design and stringent quality standards synonymous with Volvo Machinery.

The introduction of SDLG’s new mini excavator range provides a great option to the Australian market for customers looking for a premium product at a competitive price, and the all-new SDLG machinery comes with a three-year, 6000-hour warranty as standard.

CJD Equipment has been a proud national distributor of SDLG for more than 11 years and has continued to have great success with the product.

Throughout this successful partnership, CJD Equipment has consistently achieved remarkable success across diverse sectors, showcasing the versatility and reliability of SDLG products.

Renowned for its wheel loaders, SDLG has established a reputation synonymous with unwavering performance, user-friendly operation, and minimal maintenance over many decades, expanding a new era of excellence in the industry.

SDLG National Product Manager at CJD, Andrew Egan, said customers had experienced great success with the product, in a number of different industries including waste and recycling, agriculture, timber plants, and general construction.

“The general feedback is that they are extremely reliable, simple to operate and versatile,” he said.

“The new models include standard features that are usually options on other machines, making SDLG outstanding value for money. Coupled with SDLG’s reputation of simplicity, reliability, and ease of operation, SDLG excavators will likely become one of the first choices amongst astute buyers.

“The SDLG and CJD Equipment partnership ensures our customers receive a robust and reliable product and comprehensive after- sales assistance.

“CJD Equipment’s 24/7 sales, parts, and service support network spans the entire nation, encompassing Australian capital cities and regional towns, guaranteeing unparalleled assistance and peace of mind to our valued customers.”

The ER636F is a 3.8-tonne excavator boasting a 20kW/27hp power output. With its compact design and zero tail-swing, the ER636F is ideally suited for urban construction projects, especially in confined areas.

The ER636F offers an enclosed, spacious cabin, providing operators with a panoramic 360-degree field of vision, elevating comfort and situational awareness.

Standard amenities, including rollover protection, a digital instrument display, suspension seating, and air conditioning, contribute to creating an environment conducive to optimal working conditions.

The ER636F features a high-torque, highly efficient Yanmar engine paired with a load-sensing hydraulic system, resulting in smoother operation and reduced noise and vibrations for the operator.

The upper frame is reinforced to ensure uniform load distribution and boasts high ground clearance to enhance durability.

Furthermore, the undercarriage offers exceptional wear resistance, while the
boom and arm utilise high-tensile steel and reinforced castings, prolonging the service life of the equipment.

The opening angle of the engine hood is also easily accessible for unrestricted access to filters and pressure testing ports, and relays and fuses are also located inside the cab to ensure simplified maintenance.

The SDLG mini excavators range is an excellent option for customers who are looking for a premium product at a competitive price.

SDLG machines have been designed to minimise maintenance efforts, with the main components, filter and electrical systems grouped for easy ground-level access. All core components are sourced from world- renowned manufacturers to ensure the highest reliability.
