SANY machines turn heads at DD&T

SANY machines have impressed at the 2024 National Diesel, Dirt & Turf Expo.

Tens of thousands recently travelled from Australia wide and internationally to attend the nation’s largest construction trade show, the Diesel, Dirt & Turf Expo.

Over the three-day event, the latest heavy equipment models, technologies, tools, attachments, and productivity enhancements were shown, giving an exciting insight into current innovations in construction machinery.

SANY-Putzmeister’s joint stand with NSW/ ACT/QLD dealer YELLO Equipment impressed eventgoers, with many enjoying the unique activities on offer.

The photo booth was a success with industry professionals and families alike eager to don a crazy hat or oversized glasses for a snapshot memento.

While some posed for pictures, others diligently searched through the stand to complete the SANY Explorer activity that would earn them a prize.

But what most impressed attendees was the stellar range of SANY machines on display, including excavators, rollers, wheel loaders, and telehandlers.

In their fourth consecutive year of attendance, SANY-Putzmeister and YELLO have continued to expand, cognisant of the eventgoer’s experience as they move through the stand.

YELLO Equipment General Manager Andy Hopcroft said that every year, the company was driven by the desire to make its DD&T exhibit bigger and better than the last, and this year was no different.

“We’re interested in bringing entertainment value while educating attendees on SANY’s impressive equipment. I’m proud that we were able to make our 2024 vision of an even more expansive and exciting exhibit a reality,” he said.

The great interest shown in SANY’s powerful, versatile, and highly efficient machines kept staff busy all weekend.

Many embraced the opportunity to inspect the equipment on display, sitting up in the cab and getting a feel for the controls.

SANY-Putzmeister and YELLO staff were always close at hand, ready to answer any questions and to discuss the many features that make SANY stand out as a heavy equipment manufacturer.

A key benefit of attending Diesel, Dirt & Turf is the opportunity to spend time with current and potential future customers.

“Trade shows like DD&T allow us to gain a deeper insight into customers’ working requirements so that we can better support their success,” Andy said.

“It also helps us continue to build and channel our brands to the market. The visibility afforded by trade events has cemented SANY as a manufacturing brand to watch in the Australian construction space.”

A big range of SANY excavators, rollers, wheel loaders, and telehandlers was on display.
