Jetland’s high-strength, heavy duty loading ramps are built to last.
Jetland has established itself as a leading supplier of high-strength, heavy duty loading ramps in Australia, with its extensive product portfolio including a number of lines tailored for use with bulky earthmoving and construction machines.
Jetland’s loading ramp range spans from a 1 tonne up to a 21 tonne load capacity, and measures in from 2m through to 6m in length, decked out to cater for a range of industry requirements, while it can also custom-build ramps for individual client purposes.
Its ramps use high-quality raw material and safety testing systems to ensure a safe and reliable product, providing operators confidence in carrying out the secure loading and unloading of different types of machines.
Across its different product lines, Jetland provides a comprehensive range of choice, enabling its clients to match ramp load capacities and lengths to their specific requirements.
Jetland’s A, B, C, and D series cater for larger machines
Jetland’s A, B, C, and D series product lines are decked out to cater for larger machinery loading and unloading, spanning from 2 tonne to 16 tonne in load capacity across the range, and available in a variety of different lengths.
The A, B, C, and D series ramps are made from super-strong aluminium, making them lightweight and portable, with features variously including a non-skid surface, flat rungs for smooth loading, and heavy duty raised tread on flat rungs (see individual products for specifications).
Across each of these series, Jetland offers:
- A Series – suitable for rubber track machines; available in 2-8t load capacities and 2.5-4.2m lengths; spanning 25 ramps in various configurations
- B Series – suitable for rubber track, rubber tyre machines; available in 2-8 tonne load capacities and 1.8-3.9m lengths; spanning 32 ramps in various configurations
- C Series – suitable for rubber track, rubber tyre machines; available in 4-21 tonne load capacities and 2.5-4.5m lengths; spanning 33 ramps in various configurations
- D Series – suitable for steel track, rubber pads on steel, rubber track and rubber tyre machines; available in 6-21 tonne load capacities and 2.5-4.8m lengths; spanning 39 ramps in various configurations
Jetland advises it is important to consider the machine wheelbase when evaluating ramp loading capacity, and to choose a ramp with an internal width that is at least 5cm wider than the wheels or tracks of the loaded machinery.
