Sany takes ‘Made in China’ to a higher level.
Sany Group is the fifth largest heavy equipment manufacturer in the world and the largest one in China. Regarding road machines, early this year Sany introduced two new single drum rollers featuring a new vibration pump for reducing oscillation start times. The 20-ton SSR200AC-8 and 22-ton SSR220AC-8 both have a width of 83.6” and equipped with a Bosch Rexroth vibration pump. The pump provides large volume delivery and stable power transmission which cut the start time of oscillation on these models to only three seconds.
Sany has also applied a new dual frequency and double amplitude vibratory mode, the company says the mode generates more excitation force and it shows better compaction performance. Both rollers are powered by a WeiChai WP6G200E331 engine providing 197hp, improved grade ability and performance in fixed speed.
The machines also feature a “Thermal Conduction Control” system that allows operation temperatures up to 114°F.

LOW MAINTENANCE COST
With the strengthened parts and structure, the machine can work for consecutive hours with little breakdowns. And the advanced filtration system keeps the hydraulic oil clean and effective for a long time, which doubles the maintenance period and reduces 50 per cent of the maintenance cost.
The configuration of Sany excavator can be deployed according to the customer’s demand and the working environment, such as the length of the bucket rod and the bucket capacity. What is more, the excavator can be equipped with versatile parts and attachments to handle various constructions, such as the bucket, breaker, hammer, hydraulic cutter, rippers and so on.
The integrated covering structure and the enlarged operating space make the machine maintenance simpler and more convenient, thus reducing the downtime and improving working efficiency.
