Komatsu launches emissions compliant PC138US-11 excavator

Komatsu Europe has added the latest PC138US-11 excavator to its EU Stage V emissions compliant excavator family.

The upgraded Komatsu machine was presented at Bauma 2022.

The PC138US-11 retains all the customer values of the previous model, and additionally benefits from EU Stage V emissions compliance by utilising a proven Komatsu after-treatment system.

“The new PC138US-11 does much more than simply meet EU Stage V emission regulations,” Komatsu Europe Product Manager Alex Visentin said.

“Perfectly designed to work in busy urban environments or for working in a single traffic lane thanks to its near-zero tail swing, the PC138US-11 also offers great lifting and digging power when compared to other excavators. Excellent visibility further improved by the new KomVision camera option, combined with a wide variety of options, make this latest Komatsu crawler excavator everyone’s favourite compact helper on the jobsite.”

With growing demand for environmental solutions and urban areas becoming increasingly sensitive to emissions, the PC138US-11 EU Stage V crawler excavator opens opportunities in any tender, demonstrate environmental credentials, and future proof customers’ investment.

The new PC138US-11 features:

  • Komatsu Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
  • EU Stage V emissions compliant – Peace of mind, participate in any tender
  • KomVision fourth camera as an option – Extended field of view for enhanced safety
