J&F Australia Engineering is among the many exhibitors having a presence at Converge 2025, the only Australian-owned major event showcasing the latest tools and technology in the municipal works, civil and commercial construction space.
From September 17–18, leading decision-makers from these sectors will come together at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre to see the latest developments that will help to build Australia’s future infrastructure.
J&F Australia Engineering provides digital engineering services, primarily for infrastructure projects. Its services help contractors working on-site to interpret and navigate consultants’ drawings to clarify instructions for practical construction solutions.
Where consultants’ drawings focus on concepts or theoretical approaches, J&F Engineering helps contractors to translate these instructions and any drawing notes on- site.
It provides BIM services across multiple disciplines including civil, structural, architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire services for 3D modelling, clash detection, coordination, value management until as-built, and asset management.
J&F Engineering can provide assistance on laser scanning of existing structures, and import scan cloud data into BIM model, to locate and document existing services. There can be multiple usage for these services like clash detection for new services by overlaying on as built.
J&F Australia Engineering digital engineering manager Pranav Jatkar said the company will showcase its advanced digital engineering capabilities at the Expo, underpinned by over 25 years of experience in delivering Building Information Modelling (BIM), structural engineering, and MEP services.
“Our commitment to precise, data-driven project management is reflected in its comprehensive suite of services, which facilitate effective planning, real-time monitoring, and dynamic execution of large-scale construction projects,” he said.
“This participation marks an important step in J&F’s strategic expansion in the Australian market, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner for modern, technology-enhanced construction solutions.
“Our attendance at the Expo is important to communicate our brand, services and to introduce us to consultants who may not be familiar with who we are and how we can support them.
“Consultants and contractors are our key market. Converge 2025 is an ideal opportunity to explain how we can add value to their services by ensuring that their information is properly and practically interpreted for the construction contractors.
“Our site will have brochures and a screen presentation that showcases our current and completed projects as examples of the services we provide.
“The expo is an outstanding opportunity for everyone whose business relates to the construction industry. From our perspective, events like this are a powerful medium to engage with contractors whose knowledge of technologies and processes needs to be constantly updated.”
J&F will also demonstrate its self-developed AI based project management software platform. Currently this is being used for J&F inhouse operations and may be purchased for project management as well as the marketplace for accessing global vendors and services.
Founded in Germany, J&F Engineering is an internationally established engineering consultancy with offices in India, UK, Australia and the United States.
