Undercarriage

All ITR undercarriage parts are designed and engineered by the group’s in-house R&D department in Italy and manufactured in their 100 per cent owned production facilities, ITR Industries South Korea and China. ISO-certified production and stringent quality control measures result in a consistent and reliable product that has attracted the business of OEM and other aftermarket companies globally.
ITR’s range of undercarriage parts is suitable for most makes and models of dozers, excavators, drill rigs, harvesters, and apron feeders ranging in size from 0.5 tonnes up to 190 tonnes.
Rubber tracks and pads
When it comes to quality and performance, ITR’s rubber tracks and pads are at the forefront of the market. In 2022, the USCO ITR group sold over 79,000 rubber tracks through their global distribution centres.

Ground engaging tools
ITR Pacific stocks a full range of ground engaging tools, covering most makes. The product line comprises all the necessary wear parts for manufacturing, reconditioning, and maintenance of bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders.
The diverse range includes teeth and adapters, cutting edges and end-bits, single and double bevel edges, blades, fasteners, and all other components necessary for excavation or levelling, such as rippers and grader blades.

On-site undercarriage inspections
ITR Pacific knows that a large percentage of the cost of owning and operating a track-type machine is related to its undercarriage. It is therefore recommended to be proactive and have your undercarriage inspected regularly to get the most life from your asset.
ITR Pacific offers professional undercarriage wear inspections and detailed reports using the ITR WearTek Plus reporting system, allowing customers full access to their track reports through a mobile app and online web portal.
Rubber track installation
With the acquisition of DTN Equipment in July 2020, ITR Pacific expanded its sales and service arm to include the fitment of excavator and skid-steer loader rubber tracks, along with other undercarriage parts such as rubber pads and sprockets.
The ITR mini undercarriage installation team currently consists of two service vehicles operating in Southeast Queensland, with plans to expand this service to its Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth branches.
