ITR Pacific is expanding past just the parts

As part of the company’s ongoing commitment to the Australian Earthmoving Industry, ITR expand their service offerings with the establishment of their Undercarriage Track Workshop facilities in QLD, NSW and WA, as well as their Rubber Track Installation services.

PART OF THE USCO GROUP OF COMPANIES
ITR Pacific is part of the USCO Group of companies and recognised internationally as a reputable supplier of Earthmoving Machinery Parts. With ITR Pacific’s Passion for Parts, the company has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of quality parts through a network of branches across Australia.

FULLY EQUIPPED TRACK SHOPS
Still strongly invested in the supply of Undercarriage Parts and Components, Ground Engaging Tools, Rubber Tracks, Aftermarket Earthmoving Machine Parts and Heavy-Duty Diesel Engine Parts, ITR Pacific is targeting a new opportunity with the introduction of a new Undercarriage Track Workshop facility in both their NSW and QLD operations. This new development will allow ITR Pacific to offer customers an end-to-end service on ITR Undercarriage Parts and Components. The companies aim is to have a third Track Workshop set up in Western Australia by the end of 2021.

STREAMLINED AND EFFICIENT
Over the past few months, the ITR Pacific Team has been hard at work setting up some impressive workshop equipment such as 250ton and 360ton Track Presses which will allow customers to have their larger track chains resealed with pins and bushes rotated ensuring maximum life out of these chains. Hydraulic Wrench track bed Torque Multipliers will ensure all track bolts are correctly torqued to the required specification, ensuring track plates secure, especially when machines are working in tough conditions. Heavy-duty Track Beds and Track Winders custom made for Australian conditions and are capable of handling track chains up to 10 tones in weight, comfortably covering the large Cat D11 and Komatsu D475 track groups. Using all their knowledge and expertise to ensure the process of track lengthening, shortening, new link assembly bolts ups, and pin and bush turns are streamlined and efficient for a quick turnaround time. As ITR does not compromise on the quality of the parts, they have certainly not compromised on the quality of their Track Workshop Equipment, ensuring that each job can be carried out professionally and to exceed their customers’ expectations.

FREE UNDERCARRIAGE INSPECTIONS
ITR Pacific knows that a large percentage of the cost in owning and operating a track-type machine is related to its undercarriage, therefore ITR recommends that it is best to be proactive and have the undercarriage on your track-type machine inspected regularly allowing you to get the most life from your asset. So, in addition to the large range of Undercarriage Parts and the new Track Workshop facilities, ITR Pacific also offers professional undercarriage wear inspection and detailed reports using the ITR WearTek Plus reporting system, allowing a customer full access to their track reports through a mobile app and online web portal.

RUBBER TRACK INSTALLATION
With the acquisition of DTN Equipment in July 2020, ITR Pacific expanded their sales and service arm to include the fitment of excavator and skid steer loader rubber tracks, along with other undercarriage parts such as rubber pads and sprockets. The ITR Mini Undercarriage installation team currently consists of two service vehicles that operate in Southeast Queensland, with plans to expand this service to their Sydney, Melbourne and Perth branches. With over 53 years of invaluable industry experience and qualified specialists, ITR will use the successful and well known DTN model when establishing their fitment services Australia wide.

The substantial growth ITR has seen over the last 12 months is nothing more than a reflection on the Australian Earthmoving Industry and the services and parts that it is demanding.
