In line with the company’s core commitment to support dealers and customers with industry-leading equipment and services, Case Construction has launched its new PROCover Plus Protection Plan program to replace their existing CASECARE program.

The new program means a wide range of Case equipment is now automatically covered by Case’s Premier Standard PROCover Plus Protection Plan, free of charge upon purchase, providing customers with peace of mind and protection beyond the manufacturer’s base warranty period.

“At Case Construction we know how vitally important it is that our customers’ products are serviced and maintained in good working order so they can deliver on the ever-increasing productivity demands of today’s highly competitive business environment,” Construction Business Leader – ANZ, Michael Hosking, stated.

“Case is dedicated to delivering the best for our customers and as a sign of our commitment to them we are providing the PROCover Plus Protection Plan as standard on a range of Case products to give customers further value by removing the burden of cost and the inconvenience of mechanical failure once the manufacturer’s base warranty period has expired.”

As of September 1, all Case Compact Track Loaders, Mini Excavators (under 6 tonne), Skid Steer Loaders and Backhoe Loaders purchased are now covered by a 3 year/3000 hours Premier Standard PROCover Plus Protection Plan, while all Case Crawler Excavators (over 6 tonne) and Wheel Loaders (over 10 tonne) are covered by a 3 year/5000 hours Premier Standard PROCover Plus Protection Plan.

The PROCover Plus Protection Plan program provides coverage in the unlikely event of a failure caused by a defect in materials or workmanship for the comprehensive list of components in the relevant Master Parts Schedule.

Michael said that while the initial launch of the program offers only certain options, with allowance for special requests if required for specific tenders or customer needs, the program will be rapidly enhanced to ensure Case customers receive a greater range of options for their equipment.

“This will allow our customers and dealers to become familiar with the program while also allowing us to develop the program and expand the offering over time,” Michael explained. “We believe the PROCover Plus Protection Plan program offers outstanding benefits for our customers and look forward to developing the program to make those benefits even greater.”
