Hydraulic breaker
As a strong example, Epiroc has unveiled its enhanced EC 100 hydraulic breaker, packed with features to enhance handling, extend lifespan, and reduce maintenance needs.
A standout feature of this model is the new wear bushing system, which simplifies maintenance with a replaceable insert that minimises downtime and costs.
This insert can be turned 180 degrees once the wear limit is reached, allowing continued operation while a new insert is ordered.
Field replacement is easy with simple hand tools, eliminating the need for special equipment.
The EC 100 is now 180mm shorter and weighs 40kg less, improving handling and reducing energy consumption.
The model features hybrid technology with an integrated nitrogen piston accumulator, ensuring high impact energy and smooth operation.
The VibroSilenced Plus system lowers noise and vibration levels.

Auger Drills Compact range
Epiroc has also launched its all-new Auger Drills Compact (ADC) range, designed to deliver exceptional performance and reliability.
This new range includes nine different models, suitable for carriers of 1 to 10 tons, with a drilling diameter range of 150-800 mm in soft to hard soil
The ADC range features compact, high torque efficient hydraulic motors, offering increased flow capabilities for improved drilling productivity.
Installation is simplified, as no case drain line is required. Precision machined gearing comes as standard, maximising both life and efficiency.
Key highlights include a single-piece anti pull-out shaft, oversized bearings for improved shock handling, extreme duty radial shaft seals to reduce service intervals, and a steel seal protector fitted as standard, ensuring no exposed seals.

Demolition Pulverizer DP 3220
Epiroc introduces the new DP 3220 to its Demolition Pulverizer range, joining the successful DP 1820, DP 2320 and DP 4220 models, while simultaneously completing the range.
Designed for carriers of 26-45 tons and with a service weight of 3250 kg, the DP 3220 features the Performance Booster, which enhances performance by up to 20 per cent, reduces jaw cycle time by up to 25 per cent, and improves fuel efficiency by up to 35 per cent.
This model also offers precise handling with 360 degree endless hydraulic rotation and a modular design that eliminates the need for cylinder rod protection.
The Epiroc Demolition Pulverizer range stands out as the Performance Booster can be retrofitted onto existing attachments. Unlike other pulverizers on the market that require different bodies to withstand the load of a Performance Booster, the slim, modular design can cope with the additional power.
The DP 3220 is ideal for demolition tasks and secondary breaking of debris, facilitating material recycling and re-use, making it a versatile and sustainable solution for various applications.
