It’s now less than a week until the highly anticipated Inside Construction Expo sets up shop on 20-21 September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

In the wake of a challenging 2022, marred by skilled labour shortages and supply chain disruptions resulting from the pandemic, the Australian construction sector has shown remarkable resilience. Key adaptations have been made to accommodate a burgeoning national infrastructure pipeline.

Inside Construction Expo, along with its integrated conference, has been developed as the quintessential forum for addressing these ongoing challenges and acknowledging the milestones achieved along the way.

Melbourne, as the host city, could not be more apt. With Victoria’s Big Build in full swing, and as massive civil works projects spread across the state, Melbourne stands as a testament to Australia’s booming construction sector. But amidst the optimism, the opportunity is there to confront the big issues.

The first day of the conference will seek to share insight across focal areas such as workplace wellbeing, digital transformation, and the ever-pressing issue of sustainability in construction. Day two will dig deeper into construction productivity, skills gap solutions, and workforce health safety.

But it’s not all business – the event will also celebrate the industry’s triumphs. The Foundation Awards gala dinner, scheduled for the evening of 20 September, is set to honour the trailblazers and innovators who have raised the bar in the industry.

EEM will be just one of several industry-related media titles covering the event.

With just a week left, the countdown has begun – but it’s not too late to secure your free ticket. To register, visit: www.insideconstructionexpo.com.au/register
