JCB recently held its annual Top 50 Dealer Conference in Germany, at its new state of the art facility, where dealers from around the world were recognised for their outstanding commitment to the industry and the broader customer base.
CEA was honoured to be awarded Global Dealer of the Year at this prestigious event. CEA CEO Hylton Taylor was in attendance to accept the award.
“It’s a great honour to be recognised for all the hard work our team, and dealer network have been able to do in challenging market conditions. We pride ourselves on our focus to deliver value to our widespread customer base providing an extensive product range suitable to the Australian markets conditions and focusing on aftersales service and support’, said Hylton.
The awards are determined by a criteria that includes retail performance, parts and service training and support, as well as investment and development of the dealer network.
“The Global Dealer of the Year Award is an opportunity for JCB to recognise dealers who represent all of the elements that make up a successful business,” said Richard Myles, General Manager JCB Sales-Pacific Region. “JCB would not be able to successfully grow without the continued hard work of CEA and our global dealer network and this is a great way for us to recognize their achievements.”
CEA credits its success to a focus on delivering customer value throughout the ownership experience.
Over the coming months the CEA business will relocate to a state start of the art facility allowing the business to provide even greater support.
