CASE F-Series Wheel Loader

Case

Best-in-class horsepower and massive torque delivers high productivity tractive power.

The formidable range of Case wheel loaders deliver high productivity tractive power no matter what industry you work in. With seven models to choose from in their line-up, Case wheel loaders have the right solution for you.

The Case loaders are ideal for Infrastructure, Recycling, Quarrying and Agriculture offering a cutting-edge combination of power and efficiency, which translates directly into better productivity.

Key features that deliver this productivity are best-in-class horsepower and massive torque from powerful engines, heavy-duty axles (on all larger models), open differentials for maximum tractive effort and the Case Cooling Cube for constant fluid temperatures.

Case F Series wheel loaders deliver best-in-class horsepower and massive torque in every work cycle. Four power modes let operators match available engine power to the job while saving fuel. Stronger and faster hydraulics deliver superior productivity and performance. This gives operators:

  • High efficiency
  • Low emissions
  • High reliability
  • Cost savings

In addition to power mode controls, operators of all Case wheel loaders enjoy a comfortable and safe cab with high visibility.

The powerful engines in the Case F Series wheel loaders were developed and manufactured by their award-winning sister company FPT Industrial – they produce over 500,000 engines per year and power world record winners. The in-house engine design leverages advanced technologies developed for commercial vehicles and agriculture and introduces specific tailored solutions for off-road applications. The air intake flow is increased by a turbocharger with air-to-air cooling. The multiple injection delivers best-in-class high torque performance at low rpms.

Case understand that each industry has its own challenges and when it comes to highly abrasive or off-road worksites this is where the Case wheel loaders come to the fore in productivity. The heavy-duty axles on the 921F, 1021F and 1121F are tougher because they are bigger. They are easier to service thanks to the 3-piece housing design. Wet multiple disc brakes, made of resistant sintered bronze, are located in each wheel hub ensuring solid braking control for the operator. The heavy-duty axles are engineered to support L5 or solid tyres for very abrasive environments. Solid tyres can be factory fitted.

Case wheel loaders come standard with Limited Slip Differentials front and rear on 521F-821F models and 100 per cent Front Differential Lock on 1021F-1121F models.

With the 100 per cent Auto-lock, 100 per cent of the available torque is transmitted to the wheels to provide maximum tractive effort. This gives operators 20-30 per cent lower tyre wear because there is reduced slippage between the wheels. With fewer moving parts and no friction in the open differentials operators enjoy reduced fuel consumption and maintenance downtime.

The unique design of the Case cooling cube – with five radiators mounted to form a cube (instead of overlapping) – ensures a constant flow of fresh and clean air from the sides and from the top, helping to maintain constant fluid temperatures. The cube structure provides easy access to radiators for more effective cleaning and serviceability.

Thanks to the engine location design at the back of the machine (compact range and up to 921F machines), Case wheel loaders offer more stability when lifting a load.

Case F Series compact wheel loaders set new standards of productivity, versatility and comfort. They feature a ‘maintenance-free’ Tier 4 Final particulate matter catalyst solution and cooled exhaust gas recirculation engine. Models 21F and 121F are available in Z-bar and parallel lift arm configurations.

Factory standard electronic controls improve precision and reduce operator effort.

Case Construction Equipment understands that with earthmoving, it’s all about productivity – getting power-to-the-ground and moving more tonnage for less money.

That’s why the seven models of wheel loaders are built with stronger and faster hydraulics for superior productivity and performance.

Backed by an independently owned and operated dealer network and the global support of Case, you can be sure your Case F Series Wheel Loader will remain a top performer.
