When temperatures drop below -20°C, the pump accommodates dedicated low- temperature greases, ensuring optimal performance in diverse conditions.
The SB-5 boasts a high delivery pressure of 290 bar, offering robust lubrication capabilities. Its stellar protective features further elevate its standing in the market.
With an IP6K9K rating, the SB-5 is “dust-tight” (6K) and highly resistant to high-pressure water (9K), ensuring unparalleled durability and reliability in challenging industrial settings.

Delving into the technical specifications, the Alemlube SB-5 boasts a 1/8″ BSP line output connection and a maximum operating pressure of 220 bar.
The safety valve is set at 200 bar, ensuring a safety net for the system. The constant output of 1 cm/min, low-level indication, and compatibility with NLGI grades 000 to 2 grease standards further emphasise its precision in lubrication.
Built with quality materials such as PA6 GF30 housing and steel mechanical parts, the Alemlube SB-5 prioritises durability. The PETG cartridge protection adds an extra layer of security, safeguarding the pump’s crucial components.
The DC motor, operating at 12V or 24V and 22 rpm, ensures smooth functionality with a low noise level
of less than 70dB (A). The IP6K9K protection class and the option to function with or without an electronic card highlight the pump’s adaptability to different operational setups.
The Alemlube SB-5 comes complete with an electronic board, power supply and an M12x1 connector for a progressive sensor.
The 1/8″ BSP outlet features an adjustable maximum pressure valve, with a factory setting of 250 bar.
For added convenience, models 45.12-24DC.CT and 45.12-24DC.PG.CT come equipped with a pressure gauge (0-400bar).
